Aishah’s LEGO® Serious Play® session opened my eyes to what play-based facilitation can do. She created a safe, non-judgemental space where even quiet voices shared. Through thoughtful, inquiry-led prompts, she drew out the best in everyone and closed by empowering participants to take clear next steps. People left lighter, clearer, and more energised.

LEGO® Serious Play® was surprisingly powerful. In a safe setting, it gave shape to thoughts and feelings. Aishah’s style is easy-going yet purposeful; balancing neutrality with empathy so everyone feels heard.
