LEGO® Serious Play® was surprisingly powerful. In a safe setting, it gave shape to thoughts and feelings. Aishah’s style is easy-going yet purposeful; balancing neutrality with empathy so everyone feels heard.
Oscar HRThanks for introducing LEGO® Play to us. It worked brilliantly for bonding and ice-breaking. The session felt relaxed and non-judgemental, and she facilitated in a calm, encouraging way. I arrived with zero expectations and left with practical reflections I can use.
Shir Ee OperationsI attended a Serious Play workshop facilitated by Aishah. Despite limited time, she adapted the flow and still met the learning objectives. It was fun and insightful. Who knew ‘random play’ could reveal so much about ourselves? I only wish we’d had more time.
Larry MarketingThis was one of the most comprehensive leadership workshops I’ve attended; the way it linked leadership lessons to stories from the Sahabah and the Prophets really resonated and even inspired me to read the Barakah book—thank you to Marhani, Sis Aishah, and Rusydi.
Nazreen MarketingThis was a good platform for everyone to share:especially the LEGO® workshop and the interactive activities
Anonymous Oil & GasI enjoyed playing with LEGO® and noticing how my thoughts and emotions showed up.
Ratnah Branding AgencyI enjoyed the LEGO® play and making sense of it through interpretation.
Juvena Tour AgencyI enjoyed building LEGO® aligned to the TFA growth theme

Had a great time with Aishah at Align Lab Studio, doing Lego Serious Play in one of her workshops. It taught me how to make meaning out of my experiences in life and see things in a different way. Definitely recommend others to join and explore their inner self deeper.Posted on Harri FirmansyahTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Coach Aisha has very humble personality. We were very grateful participants from Indonesia help by her to do the priceless Lego Serious Play for Counselors. Whenever we thanked her, She would say something along the lines of not needing thanks, attributing everything to Allah's help. At the beginning of the class, she built rapport with a very good start : expressed emphaty, hoping that from the session, the participants would gain new insights to take home. Before diving into the material, there was an introduction session where participants were divided into groups and given a Lego package per person. She explained the rules, stating there were no right or wrong ways to build with Lego; everyone could build whatever they wanted and share their thoughts. After the first instruction, participants were asked to build a tall tower – that was the only instruction given. After completion, they shared the meaning behind their creations. From here, she connected how Lego could help counselors explore their clients' thoughts. It turned out that what the participants created strongly reflected their feelings, experiences, and other aspects related to themselves, making them feel like they were in a counseling session. The initial delivery was a bit awkward; participants were also a bit hesitant due to the English language. However, after building the some contructions, sharing, and finding the insights funny, the class became more relaxed. Coach Aishah also liked to joke with the participants, playfully teasing them with her questions (in a positive context). Initially, we translated for the participants, but eventually, participants also shared in English so Coach Aishah could understand. After that, participants were asked to write down three difficulties they faced on a piece of paper. The papers were given to another group, and that group provided answers or suggestions for the written problems. If someone didn't get an answer or wasn't satisfied with the response, they would come forward, leading to a sharing session with all participants. For the wrap-up, participants were asked to write down, after the session with Me in Batam, their experience in Singapore, and Coach Aishah's material, what they wanted to be the best version of themselves like on Monday when facing clients. In a very short session, we feel transformed, not only because the Lego, but most of all because Her personality, her deep conversation, her intention to help others to reach the learning goals. Thanks alot Coach Aisha, Warm Regards from Indonesia, Harri Firmansyah Rachmat. HCR.IDPosted on Surya HSTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Aishah’s LEGO® Serious Play® session opened my eyes to what play-based facilitation can do. She created a safe, non-judgemental space where even quiet voices shared. Through thoughtful, inquiry-led prompts, she drew out the best in everyone and closed by empowering participants to take clear next steps. People left lighter, clearer, and more energised.
