I’m Aishah Hamid—Change Lead, Facilitator, and Learning Consultant. I’ve supported 25,000 people through change over 15+ years, spanning financial and professional services, technology, manufacturing, and the public sector across Singapore, Germany, China, Australia, and Indonesia.
Certified in LUMA Human-Centred Design, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Change Management, and Organisation Development, I work with Head (methods), Heart (empathy), and Hands (practical delivery).
